Jay Polimeno, Principal Broker, is a Certified Business Intermediary as well as licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jay is the Principal Broker for both Polimeno Business Sales and Polimeno Realty, where he specializes in commercial sales and leasing. He also oversees Alpine Village Properties, a rental management company. When he is not managing his businesses, Jay is very active in the community serving as Woodstock Planning Board member; President of the Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club; Past President and current By-Laws Committee Chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce; Co-Chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Community Building Committee; member of the North Country Center for the Arts Marketing Committee; board member of the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council; Lincoln-Woodstock Senior Citizen Advisory Council member; Business Advisor for the Lincoln-Woodstock Future Business Leaders of America Chapter; advisor for the Lincoln-Woodstock Interact Club; and girl’s softball coach.

Maureen oversees the companies’ accounting and owner/client relations functions. Maureen is also very active in the community as a Trustee for the North Country Center for the Arts; Past President and current member of the Lincoln-Woodstock PTSA; Lincoln-Woodstock Cooperative School District Board Member; Lincoln-Woodstock Booster Club member; and varsity girls softball scorekeeper.

Matt Manning, Sales Associate, specializes in real estate sales and long term rentals. He also lives in North Woodstock, migrating north from Massachusetts with his wife Rebecca a few years ago. They have since become the proud parents of two sons, Cameron and Liam. Matt is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors and sits on the board of the Lincoln Woodstock Community Child Care Center. He is finding himself involved in more and more community activities now that he has purchased a home in the area and as his children grow older and become more involved themselves.

Joan Parker, Sales Associate, has been with the Polimeno family for over six years, primarily concentrating on the rental management side of the business. Joan’s role has always been to uphold the operational integrity of the business but lately, she has begun expanding her real estate skills to residential sales and marketing, as well as business brokerage support. She lives in North Woodstock with her husband Jeff, choosing to escape to the pristine White Mountains from Massachusetts.
