Jay Polimeno, Principal Broker, is a Certified Business Broker as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jay oversees the Business Brokerage aspect of the business as well as acting as Owner/Manager of Alpine Village Properties, a rental management company. When he is not managing his businesses, he is active in the community serving on the Lincoln-Woodstock Ball field Committee, co-chairing the Lincoln-Woodstock Community Building Committee, sitting on the North Country Center for the Arts Marketing Committee, was a past president and current board member and committee chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, coaches varsity girls softball, and serves as President of the Alpine Lodge Condominium Association.

Maureen Polimeno is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. As Managing Broker, Maureen oversees the real estate sales aspect of the business. She has been involved in real estate sales and rental management for the last ten years as co-owner of Alpine Village Properties, the parent company to Polimeno Realty. When she is not managing the business or her family, including two teenage daughters, Katy and Aimee, Maureen volunteers her time as a Director of the North Country Center for the Arts, past president and current director of the Lincoln-Woodstock PTSA, School Board Member, and ad hoc volunteer for the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.

Matt Manning, Sales Associate, specializes in real estate sales and long term rentals. He also lives in North Woodstock, migrating north from Massachusetts with his wife Rebecca a few years ago. They have since become the proud parents of two sons, Cameron and Liam. Matt is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors and sits on the board of the Lincoln Woodstock Community Child Care Center. He is finding himself involved in more and more community activities now that he has purchased a home in the area and as his children grow older and become more involved themselves.

Joan Parker, Sales Associate, has been with the Polimeno family for over six years, primarily concentrating on the rental management side of the business. Joan’s role has always been to uphold the operational integrity of the business but lately, she has begun expanding her real estate skills to residential sales and marketing, as well as business brokerage support. She lives in North Woodstock with her husband Jeff, choosing to escape to the pristine White Mountains from Massachusetts.
