Polimeno Realty has partnered with Saber Mountain Partners to assist in the marketing of The Landing at Loon, a high-end development located on the eastern side of Loon Mountain. The project currently consists of 26 house lots that have been released, averaging approximately 1/2 to 1 acre in size. In addition, there are two beautiful homes available at The Landing; The Bridge House, a 5400 square foot timber frame home completed in late 2007, and 2 Landing Road, a 3000 square foot timber frame home due for completion in July, 2008.
